First try it without additions and start with the shorter steeping time: you can then adjust the intensity to your taste.

Lapsang Souchong black tea.

How to prepare

• Amount: 12 g per litre of water.
• Temperature: 100 °C.
• Steeping time: 2–4 minutes, then strain.

Preparation instructions as stated on the packaging. For a 250 ml cup, use a quarter of the amount given per litre.

Pack size and storage

80 g pack. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture and strong odours.
