Products and availability
We sell coffee beans, ground coffee for moka pots, capsules, pods, teas and infusions. Product pages show prices, quantities and characteristics. Check ingredients, allergens, format and compatibility before buying; contact us with any questions. Products are stocked in our shop for dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable, we contact you to agree a solution or refund the amount due. We do not make substitutions without your agreement.
Prices, VAT and shipping
Prices are in euros and include VAT. GLS shipping costs €8 in Italy and €12 in other European Union countries. We do not currently ship outside the EU. The total, including shipping, is displayed before you submit the order.
Ordering and the contract
Add products to the cart, check quantities and delivery details, select an available payment method and read these terms. You may correct information before confirming. The final button states the obligation to pay. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; an acknowledgement of receipt or an on-hold notification alone is not acceptance. The contract is concluded when we confirm by email that your order is being processed. Keep the confirmation; orders placed with an account are also available in your account area. Pages are available in Italian, English and German; emails may contain text in all three languages.
Payment and delivery
We do not accept cheques. Stripe and PayPal will be available after connection and testing; no real payments are accepted during the preview. We hand orders to GLS within two working days of payment confirmation. This is preparation time, not transit time. Transit depends on the destination; any carrier estimates are not guarantees. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within the statutory maximum of 30 days after the contract is concluded. We notify you of delays. Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal and statutory guarantee
You may withdraw in the cases and within the periods described on our Returns & refunds page, which includes an optional form. For incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods contact info@ritualecaffe.com. Statutory remedies remain available: repair or replacement where applicable, or a price reduction or termination in the cases provided by law. The nature and normal shelf life of food remain relevant; consumption or normal deterioration is not a defect.
Privacy and disputes
Read our Privacy policy for information about personal data. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Please contact us with complaints so we can seek a direct solution. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
