Capsules and pods: let’s make it clear.
How do I identify my machine’s system?
Look for the model name on the machine or in its manual. The brand alone may not be enough: compare the system with the one stated in the product title and description. You can also email us the model.
Which capsules are for Nespresso Original?
Rituale Rosse, Bianche and Verdi in 100-capsule packs are compatible with the Nespresso Original system. They are not for Vertuo. For Decaffeinato, Orzo and Ginseng, contact us before choosing if you are unsure about your model.
Are A Modo Mio and Espresso Point interchangeable?
No, they are different systems. Choose the pack that specifies your machine’s exact system.

Can paper pods be used in capsule machines?
No. Pods and capsules need different systems. To check whether the pods fit your machine, tell us the brand and model: we will help you before you buy.
The system trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatibility.

Which blend should I choose?
Start with flavour: Rosso for smoothness and aroma, Bianco for roundness, Nero for balance and character, Verde for a more intense profile. Our coffee guide takes you through the blends and formats.
Can I try several blends?
Yes: choose different blends in the same format. We have put together three tasting ideas featuring 500 g coffee beans, 250 g moka coffee and Nespresso Original capsules.
How should I store coffee?
Reseal the pack and store it in a cool, dry place away from light, heat and strong odours. For whole beans, grind only the amount you need immediately before use.
Can I already place an order on this site?
This is our new website under development: purchases are not yet active. For information about a product or an order, contact us by phone or email.
Shipping and orders
How much does shipping cost?
GLS shipping costs €8 within Italy and €12 to other European Union countries. The cost is shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Destinations outside the EU are not currently served.
Where can I find my orders?
Sign in to My account and open Orders to view purchases made with your account. You can also manage your addresses and personal details there.
How do I reorder the same products?
In Orders, open a completed order and select “Order again”. Available products return to your cart: check quantities, current prices and your address before continuing.
What if I forget my password?
Use Lost password and enter the email address associated with your account. Also check your spam folder.
